Founding Families Initiative
30 Families. 30 Conversations. One Better Way to Make Career Decisions.
We are inviting the first 30 families to experience a complimentary, structured 25-minute Career Clarity Session with Dr. N. Sudhir Reddy.
These sessions are designed to help families bring greater structure to an important education or career decision — while helping us refine the Career Decision Intelligence approach around the real questions families are facing today.
No college commissions. No pressure to purchase. No predetermined recommendation.
Founding Cohort: 30 Families
Who this is for
Families with students from Class 8 through Undergraduate level.
If a real education or career decision is on the table, this session is designed for that conversation.
- Stream selection
- Course or degree decisions
- College comparisons
- Career direction
- Parent–student differences
- AI / future-readiness concerns
- Multiple interests without a clear direction
We prefer sessions with the student and at least one parent or guardian present, because most of the value comes from hearing both perspectives in the same room. Student-only and parent-only sessions are also accepted.
