Who this is for
Families with a decision in front of them — not a vague worry.
This pilot is built for households where a real education or career decision is due in the next 6–12 months.
Class 8–10
The stream decision is approaching and the family is weighing PCM, PCB, Commerce or Humanities without a clear way to compare them.
Class 11–12
Entrance exams, course shortlists and college choices are colliding, and the student is unsure what they are actually optimising for.
Undergraduate
The degree is underway but the direction feels wrong, narrow, or vulnerable to how quickly the world of work is changing.
What the session is really about
Not advice. A clearer way of deciding.
Most families do not lack information. They have too much of it — rankings, relatives, coaching centres, social media, and a hundred confident opinions. What is missing is a way to hold all of it together and decide calmly.
In 25 minutes we map the actual decision you are facing, name the constraints and pressures around it, surface where parent and student see it differently, and give you a structured way to move forward. You leave with a clearer frame — not a verdict.
Career Decision Intelligence
A decision-making discipline, not a personality test.
Career Decision Intelligence (CDI) is the framework behind everything we do at Spoken Careers.
- Decisions are judged by how they are made, not by how confident everyone sounds.
- Parent and student context both belong in the decision, openly.
- Future-readiness is treated as a real constraint, not a slogan.
- The family keeps ownership of the decision at every step.
How it works
Three steps, no sales call in between.
Step 01
Apply
A short structured application — your family context, the decision you are facing, and what makes it difficult. It takes about five minutes.
Step 02
Review
Every application is read personally. If the pilot is a fit, you receive a private link to choose a session time. If it is not, we say so plainly.
Step 03
The session
A 25-minute online conversation with Dr. Sudhir Reddy, followed by a one-page written summary of what was discussed and what to consider next.
What families leave with
Something written down, not just a good feeling.
- A clear statement of the decision actually being made — often narrower than it felt.
- The two or three factors that genuinely matter for your child, separated from noise.
- Where parent and student are not yet aligned, named without blame.
- A one-page written summary you can return to when the next pressure arrives.
Why this is free
We are refining the framework with real families.
Spoken Careers is building Career Decision Intelligence into a repeatable method. The first 20 families help us pressure-test it against real decisions. You get a serious conversation at no cost; we get honest feedback. That is the whole exchange — there is no paid upgrade waiting at the end of the call.
Who you will speak with
Dr. Sudhir Reddy
Dr. Sudhir Reddy has spent over 15 years in education and career guidance, in thousands of conversations with parents and students across India. Spoken Careers grew out of a single observation: most families are not making bad decisions — they are making them without a shared method.
He works independently of colleges and admission consultancies, and leads every session in this pilot personally.
